Explain the following: (i) Sledging (ii) IPL

(i) Sledging: the practice of fielders or bowlers verbally abusing or insulting the batter to disturb concentration and put the batter off. It is against the spirit of the game and is penalised. (ii) IPL: the Indian Premier League, a professional Twenty20 cricket league started in 2008 by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), played every year between franchise teams of Indian cities.
