1. Check the court, net, posts and equipment before the match.
2. Conduct the toss and tell the players the rules.
3. Call 'Love all, play' to start the game.
4. Call the score and announce faults and lets.
5. Decide the faults, such as service faults.
6. Control the match and settle disputes.
7. Keep the scoresheet and announce the result.
