AIForehand shot (right-handed player):
1. Grip: hold the racket with the eastern forehand grip, facing the net sideways with the left shoulder towards the net.
2. Preparation: turn the shoulders and take the racket back, with the knees slightly bent and the weight on the back foot.
3. Contact: step forward with the left foot and swing the racket from low to high, hitting the ball at waist height in front of the body.
4. Follow-through: continue the swing across the body and over the left shoulder, with the weight moving to the front foot.
