Answer the following.
Flat foot
Answer
Answer
AIFlat foot is a postural deformity in which the arch on the inner side of the foot is lowered or absent, so the whole sole touches the ground.
Causes: weak muscles and ligaments of the foot, obesity, wearing ill-fitting shoes, standing for long periods, heredity.
Corrective measures: walking on toes and on the outer edges of the feet, picking up objects with the toes, walking on sand, using arch supports and well-fitting shoes, and reducing excess body weight.
