Using Huygen’s wave theory of light, prove Snell’s law of refraction of light.

Given: A plane wavefront incident at an angle $i$ on a refracting surface separating two media with speeds $v_1$ and $v_2$

To show: $\frac{\sin i}{\sin r} = \frac{v_1}{v_2} = \text{constant}$
