Explain Three Second Rule and Twenty-four Second Rule.

Three second rule: a player must not remain in the opponents' restricted area (key area) for more than three consecutive seconds while his team controls a live ball in the front court. Twenty-four second rule: a team in control of the ball must attempt a shot at the basket within 24 seconds (the ball must touch the ring), otherwise it is a violation and the ball goes to the opponents.
