What is false start? Explain any two types of finishing techniques.

AIFalse start: a start in which an athlete moves or leaves the blocks after taking the set position and before the starting gun is fired. After one false start, the athlete is disqualified.
Finishing techniques (any two):
1. Run through: the athlete runs through the finishing line without slowing down.
2. Shoulder shrug: the athlete leans forward and drops one shoulder across the finishing line.
3. Forward lunge: the athlete bends forward, with the chest thrust ahead, at the line.
