Explain the following terms: (i) Rally (ii) Spike

(i) Rally: the sequence of plays from the moment the ball is served until it is out of play, i.e. until a point is scored or a fault is made. (ii) Spike: a powerful attacking hit in which the player jumps near the net and hits the ball forcefully downward over the net into the opponents' court with an open hand.
